About Meranti Capital Partners
Meranti Capital Partners, Inc. is a Georgia-based, fee-based investment adviser. Advisory services are offered only where the firm and its representatives are properly registered or exempt from registration requirements. Georgia investment adviser registration is handled through the IARD system, and adviser records may be reviewed through the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database.
The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site should be construed as personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transfer any security, account, or strategy. A professional relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
Any references to financial planning, investment management, retirement, estate coordination, tax-aware planning, chapters, assessments, surveys, tools, or membership offerings are general descriptions of services and are not guarantees of results. Past performance, illustrative examples, or case-study style references do not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
Meranti Inner Circle
The Meranti Inner Circle is a membership offering designed to provide ongoing clarity, perspective, education, and structured decision support — helping members think more clearly about important decisions involving taxes, retirement, family authority, legacy, and long-term wealth.
The Inner Circle is not full financial advisory and should not be understood as a substitute for individualized investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Membership content is educational and informational in nature.
Membership Levels
The Meranti Inner Circle currently includes three levels: Compass, Navigator, and Steward. Each level offers different access, features, and support. Features and resources may be refined from time to time to improve the member experience.
Billing and Renewal
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through the payment method on file. Membership renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
Members may cancel through their account settings or by contacting Meranti. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not typically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved at Meranti's discretion.
Refunds
Because membership access begins immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started. If there is a billing error or an access problem, Meranti will review the matter promptly and fairly.
Community Conduct
Members are expected to participate respectfully and thoughtfully. Please do not:
- Share highly confidential personal information in public or community-facing areas
- Post abusive, harassing, misleading, or disruptive material
- Solicit or promote unrelated services
- Copy, distribute, or republish members-only material without permission
Meranti may remove content or suspend access if needed to protect the integrity of the community.
Access
Membership gives access only to the spaces, resources, and features included in the member's current tier. Some tools, sessions, or resources may be limited to specific tiers or offered separately.
Intellectual Property
All Meranti materials, frameworks, written content, recordings, downloads, and resources remain the property of Meranti Capital Partners, Inc. Membership provides personal-use access only and does not grant resale, redistribution, republication, or commercial reuse rights.
AI, Tools, and Website Features
Meranti may use AI-assisted tools, automation, forms, surveys, summaries, and routing systems to support education, preparation, organization, and member experience. These tools are intended to support orientation and structured thinking — they do not replace individualized advice or a direct review of personal circumstances.
Website tools, diagnostic assessments, surveys, calculators, member resources, and decision-support tools are educational in nature and should not be treated as personal recommendations.
Privacy and Third-Party Services
Information submitted through this site — including forms, surveys, scheduling tools, payments, and community features — may be used to operate the website, provide support, improve the user experience, and communicate relevant updates. Meranti does not sell personal information.
The site may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, community functions, email, scheduling, analytics, and AI-enabled features. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices. Meranti is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
Please avoid posting highly sensitive legal, tax, medical, account-specific, or other confidential information in public or community-facing areas.
Form ADV and Additional Information
Prospective clients should review the firm's Form ADV Part 2A brochure and other applicable disclosure documents for important information about services, fees, conflicts of interest, and business practices. Adviser records can be reviewed through the SEC's IAPD database.
No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on this website is intended as an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer, solicitation, or advisory service would be unlawful.
